FlipShift ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered car deal analysis tool. Our website is located at flipshift.app.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Usage data. We store the car listing text you submit, the analyses we generate, VIN lookups, and any negotiation sessions you save. This data is associated with your account.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe.

Analytics. We may collect anonymised usage statistics (pages visited, feature usage) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain and improve FlipShift
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to your support requests
• Send transactional emails (e.g. receipts) — we do not send marketing emails without your consent

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Google OAuth — authentication
• Supabase — database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI analysis (listing text is sent to Claude to generate analysis; Anthropic's data use policy applies)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, use the Account page or contact us at support@flipshift.app.

FlipShift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
