Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlipShift ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FlipShift provides AI-powered car deal analysis and negotiation assistance tools. The Service is intended to help users evaluate used car listings and prepare for negotiations. It is not a substitute for professional automotive, financial, or legal advice.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to save analyses and access Pro features. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Free accounts receive 5 AI analyses per calendar month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent the analysis limits or paywall

Analyses, deal scores, and negotiation scripts are generated by a large language model (Claude by Anthropic). They are provided for informational purposes only. FlipShift makes no warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle.

The FlipShift name, logo, and software are owned by FlipShift. You retain ownership of the listing text you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your analysis.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on AI-generated analyses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlipShift operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
